Novice Level

What it is
The Novice Level is a great starting point for athletes new to Jump Training who want to develop more elasticity and explosiveness in jumping muscles.
Once you complete the Novice Level, you will be able to explode off two legs more effectively and efficiently, which is necesarry for all sports!
Once you complete the 12-Week program, you graduate to the Intermediate Level.
