Breakthrough Vertical Jump Training
Intermediate Level

What it is
The Intermediate Level is designed for athletes with some strength and conditioning experience. It includes 6 specific plyometric exercises designed to help athletes develop the ability to push harder off the ground quicker which is key to improving your vertical jump.
At the end of the 12-Week program, you will be able to more effectively and efficiently explode off the ground and therefore jump higher. After the 12-Week Program, you graduate to the Advanced Level.
