Breakthrough Vertical Jump Training
Advanced Level

What it is
The Advanced Level is designed for athletes who have built a solid training foundation for 1-2 years and are ready for the highest level in the BVJT program! This level includes 6 advanced plyometric exercises that are progressively more intense and advanced from the Novice and Intermediate levels.
Once you complete the 12-Week Program, you will be a Breakthrough Vertical Jump Training expert! You will be more equipped to jump higher and play your sport at a new level with reduced injury risks.
