BVJT is for basketball players, volleyball players, wide receivers, high jumpers, and any athlete that wants to develop an explosive vertical jump. The program also provides coaches, physical therapists, athletic trainers and doctors with useful training tools for their athletes. (Athletes must be 13 and up) |

The BVJT program features 3 different training levels Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced to suit the needs of athletes of different ages and developmental levels. The athlete determines their starting point in the program by simply following the Guidelines Chart on the video. |

There are 6 plyometric exercises in each level designed to maximize explosiveness by teaching proper jumping mechanics combined with a unique blend of 1 leg and 2 leg hops, jumps, skips, and bounds. |
